Rugged Small Size 64G USB 3.0 Flash Drive

The MILTECH M64 is the first military-grade, rugged 64 GB USB 3.0 portable flash drive storage device to survive MIL-STD 810. Includes RAID 0 for fast read/write speeds. For the highest level of data security and preventing data breaches, the MILTECH M64 allows secure erase and read/write indications via an external GPIO. An optional internal battery provides the ability for self-powered secure erase, either at the GPIO or via a remote trigger.

Product Description

The MILTECH M64 comes with a variety of mechanical enhancements to ensure reliability, usability, and performance in harsh environments. The unit’s circular connector supports USB 3.0 high speed signals, with backward compatibility to USB 2.0. Using a dedicated ratchet, the connector is secure, vibration-proof and scoop-proof for blind insert. The device incorporates dual flash memory to enable either extreme write speed via RAID-0 topology or extreme redundancy and survivability via RAID-1 topology. 

The MILTECH M64 delivers high reliability and durability. Leveraging best-in-class technology from Techaya, the MILTECH M64 serves as a robust commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution for rugged and secure USB storage. It is designed for MIL-STD-810F environmental and MIL-STD-461E EMI/RFI compliance for airborne and ground mobile with high reliability.
