Managed Embedded Board Level Ethernet Switch - 8 port with 1 Fiber Optic port

The MILTECH 919 is a MIL-STD, fully managed, rugged, board-level Gigabit Ethernet switch.  With eight triple-speed (10/100/1000Mbps) ports + 1 x 100/1000 fiber optic port, it is conformal coated and has a built in board-to-board connector, so it can be easily integrated as an embedded switch in any hardened OEM communications platform. The MILTECH919’s gigabit speeds and 24VDC power make it instantly compatible with any network device and power systems.

Product Description

The MILTECH 919 combines Layer 3 on-device IPv4 and IPv6 static routing between VLANs, and Layer 2 switching features including traffic prioritization (QoS), and bandwidth aggregation. Security functions, include accounting, authentication and authorization (AAA) via TACACS and/or RADIUS servers. Authorization Levels allow multiple users to have up to 15 different levels of access to switch management to greatly enhance the security of any network. 


The MILTECH 919 has an available Rapid Evaluation Board which allows developers to become familiar with the switching functionality of the product and quickly evaluate the product while accelerating the product design of the final system. This  reduces time-to-market, reduces development costs and lowers design risks. The MILTECH 919 EVB Carrier Board is equiped with RJ45 connectors to serve as a reference design for development of customer target hardware in which the the MILTECH 919 is deployed.
