Techaya Ltd , a leading provider of scalable network infrastructure equipment, announced today the availability of a MPEG 4 Video server that allows transmitting efficiently analog video signals over IP network, The CAP1-IP.
The CAP1-IP is a high resolution, Ethernet (LAN and WAN) digital video transmission device. It transmits analog image into digital data with ultra high resolution up to full D1. The CAP1-IP was specially designed to meet the increasing need for high quality, high reliability, real-time video stream used in the field of surveillance and security.
The CAP1-IP is MPEG-4 ASP compliant, a compression technology used to compress the video stream and transmit them over LAN and WAN.
CAP1-IP supports the advanced the following features:
- QoS enabled (L2, L3) video streaming (UniCast/MultiCast)
- Automatic frame rate control for video streaming
- Digital time code embedded
- Built-in LAN and WAN (low latency PPPoE supported) ports
- DDNS and motion detection
The CAP1-IP also provides RS-485 and digital I/O data transmission over Ethernet for product integrators or solution providers.
CAP1-IP expands the CAPRICORN product range; enables Techaya continue to play a key role in the CCTV market and to provide solutions for both segments analogue and IP based infrastructures.
