| Duties and Responsibilities |
|
- Conduct analysis to identify target partners
- Value proposition for target partner
- Establish / Identify joint opportunity
- Gain Executive commitment from partner to move forward
- Create joint solution strategy with partner
- Establish specific go to market plan with the partner
- Manage/develop/maintain strong, successful relationships with the channel/partners, Sales teams and key end-user customers for continued business growth.
- Keeps management current on status and performance through regular communication, forecasts, agendas and reports.
- Establish partner(s) account penetration plan with channel team

| Skills and Experience |
|
- 5 years plus experience in a system integrator, service provider, large reseller channel development. Network industry experience in security, enterprise voice and/or networking hardware and software
- Channel experience in developing and implementing channel strategic plans and initiatives
- Ability to scale with all levels with in the reseller organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels

| Qualifications and Education: |

|
- Four Year college degree (B.A / B.S.)
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, including effective presentation skills.
- Capable of developing and presenting interesting solutions strategies, meeting /exceeding customer requirements/expectations.
- Results oriented and effective in customer situations comprising senior level management.
- Must have proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment.
- Must demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
- Ability to perform job functions independently with limited supervision.
