The telecom world is experiencing an important transformation. Over the past few years, much has been done to implement the information super highway; large fiber-optic backbones have been built, both at the long-haul and metropolitan levels. FTTX networks, by their very nature, are spread out over a large geographic area. The network management process in this case can be complicated and cumbersome. For that reason, Techaya provides the Web based Network Management System , together with SNMP solutions for large scale systems. Using Techaya In-Band Managed solution, the task of operations support is centralized and simplified. Enhanced technology allows the administrator to securely access any part of the network either in-band (through the network itself) or out-of-band (through modem and the telephony network) for secure management purposes.
